Anna Gray is an RN, has her Bachelors in Exercise Physiology and is a 2 Star Diamond Independent Beachbody coach. She is a mother of 2 little girls adopted from China and a wife of a wonderful husband of 13 years. Her passion is helping people, especially those struggling with weight, athletic performance and nutrition struggles because she herself is an Ice Hockey player whos athletic performance has peaked at the age of 38 all because she lost 70 lbs and found P90x, Shakeology and the rest of the proven successful Beachbody Programs.
