I was kindly introduced the the amazing school of Institute of Integrative Nutrition by some fellow Team Beachbody Coaches and have been in the program since June 2014.  Their advice to me was that if I wanted to add more value to those that I was already working with than this was the course to take.  I had been working on my own nutrition and finding what works for me over the last 5 years and knew I still needed lots more education for my own body, let alone for my current clients I had been working with.  I had the tools for success for them, but why not go above and beyond in their experience?  After going through 4 months of the 10 month program my eyes have been so wide open for not only the Nutrition knowledge but really knowing that I am ahead of the game with living life as a certified Health Coach and owning my own business.  Two perfect worlds collide.  This note is to describe how being a Certified Health Coach goes Hand in Hand with what I am currently doing as a Team Beachbody Coach.  Everything that this course teaches BREATHES this amazing business and here is why
