So today was the first time attempting the Insanity Asylum GAME DAY! For someone that was a former athlete (you can see some Back inInsanity Asylum the Day Sports Pictures of me in this VIDEO: this workout is a dream come true.  While writing this I feel like I am 25 years younger, in my prime ready to take on any sport!  Here is my chance to cling onto my youth while being a mother of two children.  Yes I still play Ice Hockey every week and feel like I am in the best shape of my life.  But here I was tonight completely exhausted but at the same time so proud that there is no way I would have been able to get through 5 minutes of this workout 2 years ago, NO WAY!

  • Starting with Track-Testing your Endurance
  • Then onto Basketball
  • Basketball
  • Wrestling
  • Soccer- “You’re in the World Cup”-Shaun T
  • Tennis-Speed, Agility, Power, and Vertical
  • Speed Skating-major Core
  • Swimming-Core, upper arms and Back
  • Surfing-upper and Abs
  • Football-endurance, agility
  • Rock Climbing-Strength
  • Baseball

All I can say is (from someone that struggles to get enough water down) HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE for this 60 minute workout.
