Hello. I’m someone who has struggled with weight for some time, and exercise seems to be the best means for me. My eating habits are just out of control. I’m currently not employed and in search of work… I believe that my self-esteem has suffered tremendously due to unemployment and just loss of energy and weight gain. I cannot afford to purchase the 10 minute workout package – but I’d love to get my hands on a set. Where can I go to get this request honored? I’m looking forward to getting info pertaining to my question – I hope that someone can help me with this. I live in SLC, Utah, alone and have severe issues with going out in public due to my low self-love. I’m not extremely overweight, I just haven’t been happy with my body for quite some time, and have withdrawn. I feel that starting this exercise regime and getting into shape will help me a lot. Thank you – I sure hope this will get through to someone whose generous and has been in the same situation.
