This summer has been a big challenge for me.  I have been enjoying my life as a work from home mom.  I love to help others believe in themselves in all aspects of their life; Fitness, Nutrition, Mindset, and Relationships.  It is my passion!  But what happens when you are a work at home mom in the Summer with kids home and lots of social activities?
