22 Minute Hard Corps accountability group

Private Groups are really the key to success in the world of health and fitness.  I have been running private groups every month for the last 7 years.  There is a reason I continue to do this, and it is is described by one word…… SUCCESS!!

Results are my goal for my clients.  I have had 100s of clients become coaches over the years because of their experience with Beachbody programs.  That is exactly how I started.  It is one thing to workout at home on your own but it is another to show up daily and cheer each other on.  People from all over the US and Canada checking in to a private group and saying “hey I had a tough time” or “yes I did it!”

We share what we are eating as we follow the meal plan, we share what we like and what we don’t like.  Here is an example of a post in one of my recent groups.

We share highs and lows.  Myself and my team of coaches who are working on their own journeys are there to support you individually and notice when you are missing. Motivation is key to getting through a workout program and we stick together #nooneleftbehind.

So what can you expect in this 22 Minute Hard Corps Group?

You will be following the 22 Minute Hard Corp Program, following the workout plan working out 6 days a week.  Each workout is 22 minutes long so you can absolutely fit this in your schedule.  You will be following the meal plan including your daily does of Dense Nutrition, Shakeology.

I will give you a 4 week meal plan complete with 5 meals a day and one of those being Shakeology. (since I am running this group with a PREP week you receive a 5th Bonus Meal Plan). That’s a huge component of this because I truly believe it is that important and will help you with dropping the weight and honestly replacing the “on the go” food with something whole foods and wholesome that typically takes away those cravings. I know for me when I don’t have it my cravings come back!

Push Up Challenge for June

I am so excited to have joined a Challenge that appears to be too hard at first but I feel like it is the perfect challenge to complete for those P90 grads who are doing weekly Hybrid workouts like myself. I am up and ready for it. Got a Beach Trip scheduled at the end of June and would love to say I did it. So here is the challenge.

MEN: There are women who will complete this challenge. Will you???
WOMEN: Show the men that you have what it takes to STEP UP and GET IT DONE!!

This is a 6000 Push-up Challenge on JUNE 1st! The idea is to do 6,000 push-ups in one month! Ideally you’ll do 200 a day and you can break them up into whatever is a manageable amount for you. I’m going to wake up and knock out 50, do another 50 at lunch, do another 50 after work, and finally do 50 before I go to bed. I don’t care what kind of push-ups you do. You can do them from your knees, you can do them leaning against a wall. The point is to just BRING IT and do them anyway you can! I want to get as many of you all doing this with me so we can all feel better and know we are doing something to contribute to a healthy life.

What matters is who can do more collectively, the men or the women. 6000 is just a goal to shoot for. If you can do more, great! If you can only do half that, GOOD FOR YOU! That is an accomplishment in itself!

My Day with Tony Horton | Live Workout | 11 Laws of Health and Fitness Speech

I had the pleasure of attending an Incredible event this weekend with Tony Horton the creator of P90x and P90x2, Carl Daikeler the CEO of Beachbody. Tony did his famous 11 Laws of Fitness Speech which was quite appropriate because right after that we had the pleasure of working out LIVE with him on a football field with an intimate 100 people, so we fought the brown grass and the wind and had a blast.

If you are having a hard time staying motivated or wondering how the heck can I maintain after completing a p90x round or any other workout program YOU NEED TO LISTEN to this 20 minute motivational speech.  Bookmark this and save it for those days you feel so unmotivated.  I know I will be referring back to it often.
